Your purchase is subject to the following clauses,

1. The manufacturer will repair and return your product free of charge provided the unit meets the conditions of this warranty.

2. In the unlikely event that a fault develops, please return the unit to your authorized supplier for further evaluation. Your equipment may also be returned  using prepaid post. No responsibility will be accepted by the manufacturer or supplier for damaged or lost goods during transit.

3. Your return must include a copy of the original proof of purchase receipt. Your equipment must be packed in the original packaging.

4. Your return must include a legible description of the fault and the conditions present at the time of the fault (eg hot, raining etc. You must detail the type of vehicle to which the product was installed.

5. Davnelle Electronics, its distributors or representatives accept no responsibility for damage caused to non approved peripheral equipment (eg music player, CB radio) and or the vehicle itself to which the product may connect. The owners manual is quite specific with regard to acceptable equipment however this warranty does not extend to to that equipment.

6. The product is designed to be installed as described within the owners’ manual or in accordance with the instructions contained at this web site. Installation of a product in a manner contrary to the advice supplied by Davnelle Electronics will void the manufacturers warranty.

7.  Use of a product in vehicles operating in an off road environment is outside the scope of the products design and as such any failure resulting from such use will void the manufacturers warranty. This clause does not apply to a product designed to be installed in an off road vehicle.

8. A product returned with its enclosure damaged will be considered misused and subsequently void of warranty.

9. A product returned with evidence confirming that the internal components have been replaced, tampered with or modified in any way without authorisation and subsequent proof of such authorisation will void the warranty.

10. This warranty does not extend to the repair or replacement of controls available to the user and included within the product e.g. volume or trimmer controls, link blocks.

11. A fee will be charged for the repair of a product, which is deemed by the manufacturer as not complying with the warranty conditions. Should you return a unit and no fault is detected then a handling and inspection fee will be charged for the return of the unit. 

12. No repair work will proceed until an agreement to any proposed fee is ratified between Davnelle Electronics and the party responsible for payment of such fee/s. The product will be returned unchanged if such agreement is not settled and by doing so we reserve the right to refuse further requests for work to be performed.

13. Our warranty as a manufacturer is limited to the product including the enclosure, internal components and connectors installed within the device. All connecting cables, line plugs and line sockets, fuses, speakers, relays, switches, microphone or any other item installed externally from the product enclosure shall be excluded from this warranty.  

14. Your purchase of equipment such as motorcycle or other form of vehicle, alarm system, protective helmet, radio transceiver, or music player is warranted by that manufacturer and subject to the conditions imposed by that entity. Modifying such equipment may reduce the effectiveness of such warranty to which Davnelle Electronics will not be held responsible.

15. Davnelle Electronics will not be held responsible for the ongoing safety or performance of any equipment despite modification or repair of such equipment necessary for integration with a Davnelle Electronics product and resulting from information we have supplied to you or from work we may have performed. 

16. Modifications to equipment may be performed by Davnelle Electronics or its agent/s upon consent from the legal owner of such equipment. No liability will be taken for damage caused to the equipment at any time prior, during and after the work has been performed. Payment for goods or services supplied by Davnelle Electronics or its agent/s will be considered as evidence of that acceptance.

17. Davnelle Electronics will not guarantee nor held responsible for any injury caused to a person using a protective helmet modified either permanently or temporarily for use with any Davnelle product. Damage caused by acoustic shock transmitted by the product its cables or the peripheral devices and caused by electrical and/or mechanical fault or transmission of ambient noise.
